I work from photographs, so please send any images you are considering to melanietitmuss@gmail.com. We can then start a conversation about how to go forward.

I can help you make a decision on an image that will work best as a painting and I will then send examples of how it could be cropped or placed on various shapes and sizes of canvas. Once an image has been decided, I will then take a 40% deposit to secure the commission. The remainder is then paid on completion of the painting.  

 

Single portraits start at £350, double portraits at £550. I can provide a rough guideline to prices though I prefer to give an accurate quote once I have seen potential images and assessed the level of detail, complexity and a suitable crop, i.e. head & shoulders, waist upwards or full length.

The cost does not include any shipping or handling costs so if you would prefer the painting to be delivered, that will have to be arranged separately. You are more than welcome to come and collect the finished painting from my studio which gives us a chance to meet after all of those email exchanges!

 

I hope to use images of the painting to post on my Facebook and Instagram accounts to promote what I do. If you would prefer I didn’t, please let me know, and I will refrain from doing so.
